Dear Skidmore College Representative,
Please complete the attached form for your transportation needs. If we have questions we will contact you for more information. Please complete all required fields or the form will not be transmitted. We will then send you a confirmation. Please review this confirmation, if you see any information that is not correct; please advise us as soon as possible. If the information is correct, please sign your confirmation and email or fax it back.
Please be advised that you must pay for the number of buses you order. We will make allowances if your activity is weather sensitive and will reschedule based on availability. For example, if you booked a ski trip and there is no snow we would allow for the canceling of your trip with no penalty and we would coordinate the rescheduling of your trip. If you schedule multiple buses and cancel buses on site, you will be billed for those buses at the full rate. In the event that your program runs longer than the times the bus was ordered for you will be billed for the actual time the vehicle is used.
In all cases of field trips the driver has final say in where the bus will go or not go based on safety of the group and the vehicle.
