The Operator Profile summarizes the results of all inspections performed on vehicles in your fleet during the year. For regular inspections, the profile identifies the number and percentage of vehicles that passed or were placed Out-of-Service due to one or more Out-of-Service defects.

The average statewide OOS Rate for similarly sized carriers for this period was 8.3% and places your maintenance program among the best in regard to this outcome measure.
