Statement on Coronavirus (Updated 3/16/20)
To Our Valued Customers:
We understand the recent concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our passengers, staff and their families is always at the forefront of our business. With our history of working in the school bus and public transportation industries, we are no strangers to combatting illnesses and their spread. With that in mind, we want to inform you of what we are doing to proactively help contain the spread of Coronavirus:
- All vehicles are cleaned at our home garage upon return from their trips, which is our standard operating procedure.
- We have increased our efforts with our cleaning crews to disinfect our vehicles before they return to service.
- Our garages and office spaces are also undergoing increased cleaning and disinfecting, with special attention being placed on areas of public access.
- We currently have Purell brand hand sanitizer (70% alcohol) in our lavatories. We are working on adding additional pumps and sanitizer to the passenger area of our vehicles.
Due to the increase of the number of confirmed cases in the United States and in New York, we understand that you or your group may need to change your current reservation. We encourage you to contact your salesperson and discuss your options.
At this time, we have no plans to suspend any currently scheduled line run or tour service.
Update 3/16/20: Due to recent Government mandated closures, several tours scheduled in March and April have been cancelled. If you were booked on these tours, you will be contacted. If you have questions, please call our offices.
